Requirements

  • A rising sophomore, junior, senior graduating in 2027, 2028, 2029, master, graduate or MBA student pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical or scientific fields
  • Prior internships or prior work experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in World Class Manufacturing while contributing to real safety and environmental improvements in an industrial setting
  • Support annual LOTOTO audits and collaborate with operators and mechanics to refresh over 250 isolation documents
  • Assist the SHE Manager in developing and updating Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) for both new and existing equipment
  • Collect and analyze sustainability data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify and support improvement projects
  • Review and update PPE matrices in collaboration with teams to ensure alignment with current safety standards
  • Contribute to daily SHE communications, participate in the site’s SHE Committee, and support seasonal safety campaigns like '100 Days of Summer'
