About The Position

Role and Responsibilities: Develop and implement OSHA programs Design and deliver safety trainings Investigate incidents and report Conduct safety audits and inspections and perform risk assessments Implement preventative measures and controls Develop and review emergency response plans Track/analyze and report safety data/KPIs and metrics Promote a safety conscious culture and plan/develop safety programs/initiatives Develop and maintain safety documentation and keep detailed, organized records Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency
• Proven work experience as a Safety Engineer or in a similar safety-related role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Ability to interpret safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Experience in designing and delivering OSHA programs and safety training programs
• Proficiency in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
• Familiarity with safety equipment and technologies used to enhance workplace safety
• Proficient in using safety-related software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and propose effective solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
