Within the Environment of Care (EOC) Team, this position oversees the receipt, validation, and manipulation of data for EOC Programs; completes administrative oversight of EOC committees; and serves as the enterprise-wide system administrator of the electronic EOC tracer program.

  • Collects, organizes, and validates data for the EOC program from multiple sources.
  • Administratively supports Environment of Care (EOC) Councils including meeting scheduling, council roster maintenance, and communication.
  • Prepares council meeting documents such as agendas, minutes, and presentations, and attends meetings to assist facilitation.
  • Serves as an enterprise-wide system database administrator of the electronic EOC tracer program, including database administration and training.
  • Maintains required EOC related materials in a state of survey readiness for review by regulatory agencies.
  • Assists in the development of the EOC Program calendar and scheduling of EOC Management Plans.
  • Serves as the back-up KRONOS timekeeper for the Corporate Safety Department.
  • Works independently on special projects and interacts professionally with all levels of management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Intermediate skills in database management.
  • Two (2) years of experience with data management or similar experience.
