About The Position
The Safety Culture Director is responsible for leading and advancing a progressive safety culture within the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT). This role involves developing and implementing safety culture innovations and strategies across various functional groups and districts, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining safety standards. The director will collaborate with the agency Safety Director and other safety professionals to achieve desired safety outcomes and will present recommendations to senior leadership.
