CPLC is seeking a Safety Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in our residential housing facility. This role includes overseeing safety procedures, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive support to residents. The Safety Monitor will oversee the safety of the facility and is responsible for the safety of clients in a residential housing facility, which include ensuring consistent implementation of program procedures, organization, and management of data and related documentation. Promotes a work environment conducive to safety and effective communication, collaboration, team building and professionalism. Promotes collaborations and partnerships with other departments to provide a comprehensive continuum of services to clients.
