About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Safety Compliance and Oversight Specialist [DOE0108107] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Safety Compliance and Oversight Specialist [DOE0108107] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Oversight And General Support Services Under Job Task Category 05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years safety/security oversight; DOE experience preferred.
• BS in Safety/Industrial Hygiene; CSP/CIH helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety assessments, oversee compliance, track metrics, support incident investigations.
• Provide safety oversight for the Waste Treatment Plant, ensuring compliance with safety programs and standards.
• Provide expert guidance and oversight in nuclear safety and quality assurance.
• Enhance the safety and efficiency of operations at the Waste Treatment Plant and other Hanford facilities.
