About The Position

The Safety Attendant is a part-time, live-on-property role responsible for overseeing the property after hours. This position involves making rounds, responding to guest needs, and ensuring operations align with brand standards. The Safety Attendant will work seven days a week, with varying hours based on property needs, and is expected to manage security and guest services during on-call hours.

Requirements

• 1 year of related experience in customer service, preferably in hotel operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to recognize opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hotel operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds through the property during evening hours.
• Respond to guest needs and issues that arise during on-call hours.
• Conduct physical inspections of the property, totaling 27 inspections per week.
• Give tours to potential guests and assist with closing sales.
• Check in after-hours guests and walk-ins, with or without reservations.
• Conduct a night system audit to ensure security and operational standards are met.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry as directed by management.
• Administer keys and ensure property emergency procedures are followed.
• Familiarize with area attractions and services to assist guests.
• Suggest and sell services and amenities to accommodate guest needs.
