The Safety Associate under the supervision of the Facilities Service Manager will help provide a Safe and Secure environment to members, guests and staff of the Ray & Joan Kroc Community Center of Chicago. These responsibilities include ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed by everyone in the building. Be a first responder to emergencies as they arise. Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Facilities Service Manager. Maintain acceptable grooming standards in accordance with The Salvation Army/Ray and Joan Kroc Center directives and policy. Our Ideal candidates are detail oriented, physically fit, and able to work efficiently under pressure. They should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
