Safety Assistant The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Orange Site and NORAM HSEQ departments.

Ability to prioritize work assignments and to work on more than one project at a time

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and groups of diversified goals and orientations (i.e., corporate, plant employees, visitors, community and vendors)
Education – no minimum education requirements.
Experience – 2 years of maintenance and construction experience.
Certification/License : a Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Monitor and order supplies for ORG and NORAM HSEQ deparatments
Support Orange HSEQ Procedure, Emergency Pre-Plans, and Training Development
Support Orange Site FRC ordering and problem resolution
Support Orange Site Permit Auditing Program
Support NORAM HSEQ training program and activities
Support NORAM HSEQ Manangement Systems activities associated with revision of procedures
Record and distribute NORAM HSEQ departmental meeting minutes
Coordinate and update NORAM HSEQ KPIs and Scorecard(s)
Provide adminstrative support to maintain NORAM HSEQ product safety related information
Provide administrative support to NORAM HSEQ projects and activities
Maintenance of a clean and uncluttered work area
Compliance with the company HESS rules
