Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Wisconsin driver's license with the ability to transport yourself and materials to various locations occasionally, including driving company vehicles.
Current First Aid certification from Red Cross or equivalent.
CPR/AED certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

Regularly monitor grounds, buildings, walkways, and public areas to identify and report safety risks, hazards, or maintenance issues.
React promptly to emergencies such as fire or medical alarms by investigating, mitigating hazards, contacting emergency services, and providing first aid as needed.
Accurately document and report all incidents, accidents, and safety concerns to ensure proper follow-up and compliance.
Assist residents and visitors with non-emergency needs, perform minor maintenance repairs, and support the upkeep of safety equipment like fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.
