About The Position
The Program Manager for Safety and Wellness is responsible for the overall strategy, program design, and service delivery for IRC Oakland's Health and Wellness, Anti-Trafficking, and Home Study and Post-Release (HSRPS) programming. The position will manage partnerships and implement programs that assist vulnerable populations to access case management, preventative education, and supportive services. Specifically, the position will be responsible for managing the staff, grants, budgets, and direct services falling under the scope of Health and Wellness, Anti-Trafficking, and Home Study and HSPRS programming. The Safety and Wellness Program Manager will develop and implement early intervention mental health and gender-based-violence prevention programming, in addition to working in the community to establish programs and educational services that support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable populations. The position will also be responsible for strengthening and maintaining partnerships with community mental health and gender-based-violence service providers and streamlining the referral process. The Program Manager will also develop standards for collecting data and reporting outcomes according to project objectives. This position reports to the Site Director.
