This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee competencies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in safety practices in a warehouse environment, possess experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and be proficient in Paycom HRIS.
