Requirements

• Readiness to relocate to Portland, Oregon
• Experience in specialized training topics
• Technical/University Education degree OR 2+ years of wind industry experience
• GWO and/or Wind Energy Instructor credentials

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on lab training using innovative teaching methods.
• Create a solid foundation in areas like Working-at-Heights, Electrical Safety, Basic Mechanical Skills, and more.
• Design and utilize state-of-the-art training aids, simulators, and mock-ups.
• Oversee assigned employees, supporting certification initiatives, and maintaining a professional training environment.
• Work with fellow instructors, ensuring compliance with GWO qualifications and company policies.
