Requirements

• Must be able to work well with others.
• Exceptional observational skills.
• Great communicator.
• Handle high pressure situations with a professional demeanor.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree Preferred.
• Experience with computers and customer service.
• Experience in the Security Industry, Law Enforcement, Military and/or Bi-Lingual is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must pass a Drug Test and have NO criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor various systems including Security Cameras, Access Control, Panic Alarms, Network Hosted SMART Systems, Database Management and Gate Entry.
• Receive training on systems to fulfill monitoring duties.
• Work closely with trainers and supervisors for support and comfort with accounts.
