STV is seeking a Safety & Security Deputy to join our Centers of Excellence division. This role will directly support the Vice President of Safety & Security with group-level oversight, strategic initiatives, and project deliverables. The Deputy will provide QA, formatting, editing, and Deputy PM support across projects, while also assisting with policies, KPI tracking, and process improvements. By taking on these responsibilities, the Deputy enables senior staff and the VP to focus on technical leadership, business development, and program growth, ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables and positioning the group for continued success across multiple markets.

  • Support the Vice President with group-level advocacy, forums, symposia, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide Deputy PM support on projects, including QA, editing, and formatting of deliverables.
  • Partner with Safety & Security Managers to establish objectives, track KPIs, and improve processes.
  • Assist in the development of technical proposals, marketing materials, and business development efforts.
  • Review written work products to ensure clarity, organization, and client readiness.
  • Successfully establish and maintain effective relationships with internal resources, clients, and external resources involved in project tasks.
  • Recommend and implement tools and efficiencies, including AI applications, to improve workflows.
  • Coordinate and participate in planning meetings and group initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required with master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in safety, security, or program management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate processes and implement organizational improvements.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with proven experience reviewing technical documents.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, KPI tracking, and business development initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a safety, security, or program management role required.
  • Experience with QA/QC of technical deliverables and client-facing documentation strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of supporting leadership in strategic initiatives and operational oversight.
  • Familiarity with developing proposals and marketing materials is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to organizational growth and efficiency, including adoption of new tools and technologies.
