Amentum is seeking a Safeguards and Security Training Department Manager to join a program providing support to the Department of Energy's National Training Center (NTC) in Albuquerque, NM. This program develops and delivers a broad range of Nuclear Safety and Safeguards & Security training designed to support Department of Energy federal and contracting professionals. Essential Duties: * Manages course managers, instructional system designers, and other staff. * Coordinates with staff and the federal customer to develop annual operations plans, out of cycle training requests, individual, and site certification requests. * Interfaces with working groups, customers, policy organizations, and others to ensure currency of training and to identify emergent training needs. * Ensures adequate department staffing and skill mix are available to meet mission needs. Minimum Requirements: * Must possess a U.S Government DOE Q security clearance. * Bachelors Degree with 10-12 years of experience, OR Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience, OR PhD with 5-7 years of experience * DOE experience is desired.
