The Ways of Working team supports our Worldpay Technology Services teams embracing a product mindset to drive value and operate as one Worldpay. Worldpay has made a significant investment in ServiceNow; this role is to establish a new ServiceNow Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver new features, resolve defects and improve customer experience. The ServiceNow team is currently undergoing an Agile transformation, making this a critical role for the organization.

Requirements

• Preferably have a working experience of 3-5 years.
• Demonstrated Scrum Master experience in organizing, planning and executing highly visible projects from conception through implementation.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and explaining technical and project related information to clients, vendors, senior management, and staff.
• Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a variety of contacts across the organization.
• Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the flow of value through the 1-2 agile teams using various tools, such as the team backlog and other information radiators.
• Facilitate the scrum events and participate in Agile Release Train events.
• Summarize Team PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.
• Assist in tracking the execution of stories and defects.
• Help manage risks and dependencies, escalate and track impediments.
• Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
• Drive relentless improvement via Retrospectives; assess the agility level of the teams and help them improve.
