About The Position
The Safe Homes Program Manager oversees the Safe Homes Strong Communities program, ensuring alignment with the Agency's mission, vision, and values. This role involves managing operations across four Maryland counties, supervising staff, and acting as a liaison for partnerships to support participants experiencing intimate partner violence. The Program Manager also educates the community about the program and may maintain a caseload to stay attuned to participant needs.
