About The Position
The Safe Babies Healthy Families Family Support Specialist is responsible for providing in-home support, education, and resources to families in Jefferson County, WI. This role involves conducting biopsychosocial needs assessments to identify and implement interventions that promote the health, wellbeing, and safety of children and families.
