The Safari Experiences Program Aide provides operational support for Safari Experiences programs and provides great customer service to program participants. The Program Aide also operates, inspects, and assigns tour vehicles. This position reports to the Safari Experiences Supervisor. Safari Experiences is seeking an individual who is inspired to be part of an organization committed to protecting wildlife around the globe. The Safari Experiences Program Aide serves as the first point of contact for guests checking in for tours and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience while upholding high customer service and organizational standards. Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, punctuality, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) is highly preferred.
