About The Position
Manage a team to establish, strengthen, and grow American Red Cross programs and services to meet the needs of the United States military members, veterans, and their families in accordance with Red Cross policies and procedures. Develop long and short-term program strategies. May oversee the implementation of programs and services in communities and military installations. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Must be able to come into the office 5 days a week.
