About The Position

CWD is the #1 brand in French saddlery and a partner to the world's top riders, including McLain Ward, Kent Farrington, Sam Walker, Hyde Moffat, Mac Cone, Natalie Dean, Harrie Smolders, and Adrienne Sternlicht, with the growth of our cutting-edge technology in the 2GS saddle. We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative based in Illinois covering the territory of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Indiana, Iowa and Illinois Why CWD? At CWD, we offer you the opportunity to work for a dynamic, international, market leading saddlery company with expertise in crafting custom luxury saddles and tack Our 6 week training program will help you gain knowledge related to saddle fitting, leather, horse biomechanics and sales What we are looking for... Prior successful field sales experience Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter

Responsibilities

• Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
• Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
• Represent CWD at horse shows
• Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
• Be a brand ambassador of CWD!
