About The Position
Under the supervision of the Sack Plant Superintendent, this position is responsible for the accuracy of bag weights, additive dispensing and all specialty products and is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Checks sack for defects, bag weight accuracy and/or contamination.
- Verifies specialty plant products.
- Checks quality of finished goods.
- keeps assigned work areas clean and organized.
- Operates a forklift an any other equipment required to perform duties.
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies, ensures that hazardous conditions are reported.
- Follow all company rules.
- Regular attendance is required.
