About The Position

As a SaaS Senior Data Delivery Leader at Evinova, you’ll join our high‑performing SaaS Delivery team as the customer‑facing data expert. This role will be a trusted advisor helping customers understand data requirements and data standards as well as technical solutions for connecting with Evinova SAAS solutions. This role will work closely with internal cross‑functional teams to understand new products in development and translate requirements in support of delivering solutions that seamlessly connect customer systems, applications, and databases with Evinova platforms. You will guide customers through collection and preparation of source data including data mapping for successful ingestion into Evinova SAAS solutions during implementation. Customer guidance may include identification of correct cross-functional customer stakeholders for various data types, review of data standards, and mapping of customer to Evinova out of the box offerings. You will oversee end‑to‑end customer data integration activities, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, managing API integrations, monitoring data quality, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to improve operational efficiency. Acting as a bridge between internal teams, vendors, and customers, you will champion best practices for customer-facing data integration delivery and serve as a key liaison to our product and engineering teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in technical implementation of data integrations across organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages (Python/R); familiarity with ETL tools, CLI (Command Line Interface), AWS, enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data warehouse environments.
  • Strong contextual knowledge of clinical trial data structures, terminologies, and categorizations such as USDM/CDISC.
  • Experience working in SaaS delivery environments for enterprise‑level customers.
  • Experience working with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern data warehouse environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data flows, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot complex data issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non‑technical audiences and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in customer‑facing roles and manage high‑visibility, technical engagements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with clinical trial data and/or finance data systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting or implementing healthcare technology, digital health solutions, or data‑heavy SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of data compliance requirements and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with integration monitoring tools, automation, and customer delivery playbooks.
  • Practical knowledge of applying AI-driven tools or frameworks to accelerate data integration (e.g., reduce manual mapping, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Evinova’s data landscape and customer data architectures to provide technical oversight during implementation and configuration phases.
  • Provide customer support for onboarding of productized data pipelines built by the Data Platform to ingest sponsor-specific data sources
  • Directly support the Customer through collection of source data specifications including identification of correct datasets, functional stakeholders and transformation when needed
  • Guide the Customer through dataset preparation for implementation including mapping of customer data to Evinova standards when needed
  • Configure and maintain API integrations, including gathering requirements, testing, and sustaining integrations between customer data systems and Evinova SaaS solutions.
  • Support system‑upgrade impact assessments and update integrations post‑implementation.
  • Perform quality review of Customer provided data to ensure successful implementation
  • Advise Customer on recommended notification parameters including contact information and possibly alert thresholds
  • Establish and document best practices for data exchange, including monitoring mechanisms and troubleshooting processes to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and train internal and customer teams on data exchange procedures and standards.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis on data integration issues and lead remediation efforts to resolve defects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, vendors, platform engineering, and data platform teams to define requirements and apply integration best practices.
  • Drive process improvement by developing and optimizing customer delivery playbooks and checklists that leverage Evinova’s automated tools to boost deployment efficiency.
  • Maintain a commercial mindset, ensuring that integration work delivers value for customers and the broader Evinova business.
  • Champion change initiatives by applying change‑management best practices and aligning project outcomes with strategic goals, product releases, and cross‑functional team needs during complex transitions.

  • The annual base pay for this position ranges from $168,945.60 - $221,741.00 USD.
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
