THIS IS A W2 CONTRACT POSITION Fluency in Mandarin is Preferred Responsibilites: Saas Application Management: • Administer and manage a portfolio of SaaS applications, including Slack, Jira, Confluence, Miro, GSuite (Google Workspace), Notion, Zoom, and GoDaddy. • Configure and maintain user accounts, access controls, and permissions for these SaaS platforms. • Manage integrations between SaaS applications to ensure smooth workflows and data flow across platforms. • Handle SaaS vendor relationships, including managing licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and service agreements. • Ensure that applications are up-to-date with the latest features and security patches. • Administer and manage a portfolio of SaaS applications, including Slack, Jira, Confluence, Miro, GSuite (Google Workspace), Notion, Zoom, and GoDaddy. • Configure and maintain user accounts, access controls, and permissions for these SaaS platforms. • Manage integrations between SaaS applications to ensure smooth workflows and data flow across platforms. • Handle SaaS vendor relationships, including managing licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and service agreements. • Ensure that applications are up-to-date with the latest features and security patches. Automation and Integration: • Implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or platform-native automation features to streamline repetitive tasks. • Set up and manage APIs or native integrations between applications (e.g., linking Jira with Slack, Zoom, and Confluence). • Design and optimize custom workflows for specific teams using automation tools, ensuring integration with existing systems. • Monitor the health and performance of integrations and take action to resolve any issues. Security and Compliance: • Ensure that all SaaS applications adhere to company security policies and standards. • Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across SaaS platforms. • Work with IT and security teams to perform regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and compliance checks on SaaS platforms. • Oversee data retention, backup, and disaster recovery plans for SaaS tools. Support and Troubleshooting: • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for issues related to the SaaS applications, resolving technical issues promptly and minimizing downtime. • Troubleshoot issues related to user access, permissions, connectivity, and application functionality. • Coordinate with SaaS vendors to resolve critical application issues or service outages. • Serve as the point of contact for end-users experiencing issues or needing guidance on SaaS tools. User Training and Documentation: • Provide training and resources to employees for effective use of the SaaS platforms, ensuring widespread adoption of best practices. • Develop and maintain documentation on configurations, processes, and troubleshooting for each SaaS application. • Conduct workshops or one-on-one training sessions to help users maximize the productivity of tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, and Zoom. Optimization and Reporting: • Continuously monitor usage and performance metrics of SaaS applications, optimizing configurations and integrations as needed. • Work with business units to identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve user experience with the tools. • Generate reports on application usage, performance, and costs for stakeholders, helping to manage SaaS-related budgeting and licensing.
