About The Position
The SAFe Agile Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, including the creation, refinement, and prioritization of features. This role requires writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams, conducting sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Agile development team, and tracking and reporting on product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes. The Product Owner will collaborate with data scientists, model developers, risk managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements and facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders. Additionally, the Product Owner will present product updates and roadmaps to senior leadership, build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups on feature priorities and trade-offs, and establish and optimize model governance workflows within the platform. The role also involves overseeing the implementation of model documentation and validation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for model risk management, coordinating with enterprise architecture teams for system integration, and managing release planning and change management processes.
