The PITCH We’re looking for an experienced experiential leader to join us and build the modern IRL capability at VaynerX. This role includes two key components: Defining and operationalizing VaynerX’s experiential vision at the holding company level Building VX Experiential as a scalable agency offering for brand clients You must LOVE all things social. Our differentiation is simple but powerful: we do not produce events. We engineer experiences as production days. IRL is media. Content is the multiplier. This is an always-on role that moves daily and will put you at the epicenter of culture, creators, and brand innovation. Our teams are lean. You’ll need to dip down and be hands-on when required, while also building systems, delegating effectively, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The bar is high. The expectation is excellence. The outcome is industry-leading experiential work that drives real business impact. You’ll be passionate about the agencies you represent and relentless about strengthening client and industry relationships across the global company. Here’s where you come in. This is an in person role based at VXHQ; Hudson Yards in NYC; but you’ll work seamlessly across all VaynerX offices and eventually regions. You’ll deliver best-in-class PR strategies; sharpening the narratives of VaynerMedia and other VaynerX entities, while refining the VX experiential narrative as an additional service offering for clients. You’ll eventually hire and manage a team. On the client side, you have a blank canvas! You’ll work closely with the VaynerX leadership team to service our experiential opportunities and grow it significantly. With significant global demand for IRL brand experiences, this role will: Drive new experiential business Integrate experiential into existing client partnerships Build scalable playbooks Recruit and develop a high-performing team) Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear experiential strategy for VaynerX and the companies within it for 2026 and beyond. Establish positioning, go-to-market structure, operating models, and revenue goals.
  • Define and institutionalize the “events for content” playbook. Ensure every activation is engineered for: Native short-form capture, Creator integration, Live moments, Modular post-event distribution, Measurable social impact
  • Drive the go-to-market roadmap for VX Experiential services expansion and rollout.
  • Set and measure clear, meaningful, and consistent KPIs across experiential engagements, including content performance and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, and Platform teams to integrate experiential seamlessly into full-funnel solutions.
  • Serve as the senior experiential advisor to executive leadership and clients.
  • Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and adhered to.
  • Design experiences that are optimized for performance across platforms, not just attendance in a room.
  • Oversee end-to-end production lifecycle across projects: concept, budgeting, vendor management, fabrication, logistics, staffing, compliance, and execution.
  • Build scalable frameworks for run-of-show, budget control, risk management, and quality control.
  • Establish best-in-class vendor and production ecosystems globally.
  • Ensure experiences meet the highest standards of creative ambition and operational precision.
  • Build a cohesive and high-performing team, that is both innovative and accountable, and acts with empathy
