About The Position

As a Finance Manager at PepsiCo, you will provide strategic financial guidance and lead financial planning for the Data, Analytics, and AI team within the Strategy & Transformation team. This role involves supporting the Senior Leadership Team in strategic planning processes, managing financial resources, and developing business cases and capital appropriation requests. You will also be responsible for defining and reporting financial KPIs, leveraging visualization tools, and engaging in various finance-related activities to support the team.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of progressive responsibility in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and evaluating business performance.
  • 5-7 years of financial analysis and modeling experience with tools like Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Hyperion, SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, and TM1.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all management levels.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain cooperation across the organization.
  • Strong influencing skills and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and tools to the Senior Leadership Team to support strategic planning processes for the Data Analytics and AI organization.
  • Lead the overall planning processes for the Data Analytics and AI team, including labor and non-labor resources in alignment with the financial strategy.
  • Guide and support DA&AI Business Cases and Capital Appropriation Requests development in partnership with project leaders and other functional teams.
  • Partner with DA&AI leadership to identify and measure productivity initiatives, working directly with productivity leads.
  • Define and report financial KPIs for the DA&AI team, utilizing visualization tools such as dashboards.
  • Engage in other finance ad-hoc activities supporting the DA&AI team.
