About the position
We are looking for quality candidates for 1st shift Production Operator positions at S.B. Foot Tanning Company. Our Production Operator positions require adherence to safe work practices, quality output, attention to detail and efficiency. Employees may work in team settings and/or independently. Pay Rates: Starting wage is a base pay of $23.25/hour, and once qualified on a specific job, the base rate may increase to anywhere from $23.25/hour to $28.40/hour. 1st shift hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Our manufacturing facility is a union shop and offers very competitive wages and benefits. Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift/carry/toss up to 55 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, twist, bend, grasp and additional movement as required by specific jobs
- Ability to read & write English
