About The Position

The Clinical Programs Pharmacy Technician Representative 2 plays a crucial role in enhancing health outcomes by focusing on prescription drug management. This position involves performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including assisting members in accessing financial resources to afford their medications. The representative will engage with Humana members through inbound and outbound calls, helping them explore cost-saving options such as grants and assistance programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License and state registration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from 10 AM to 6:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in mail order and/or retail pharmacy settings.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in connecting with financial assistance resources for medication costs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to Humana members regarding cost savings options.
• Work within defined parameters to meet work expectations and quality standards.
• Perform computations and manage moderately complex administrative tasks.
• Follow standard policies and practices while exercising some discretion in prioritization.
