About The Position
The Regional Vice President (RVP) is a pivotal leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality medical and mental health services to underserved populations, particularly within correctional facilities. This position requires a strong focus on employee and talent management, ensuring that our teams are well-supported and equipped to provide compassionate care to vulnerable patients. The RVP will play a crucial role in fostering a people-first culture, emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the workplace. In this role, the RVP will mentor and coach direct reports, identifying training needs and developing opportunities for staff growth. The RVP will also monitor clinical and operational metrics, ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations while managing staffing, licensure, and credentialing requirements. This position demands a strategic approach to analyzing financial statements, creating and maintaining budgets, and ensuring that key operating metrics are met to achieve financial objectives. The RVP will act as a key liaison between the region and the home office, collaborating with corporate support functions and clients to maintain contract obligations and support recruitment efforts. This role is essential for driving regional growth and ensuring that our mission to provide quality care is upheld across all facilities.
