The Cornerstone RVP, Renewals is responsible for managing a high-performing, mid-sized team of Renewals Representatives and two managers across customer segments, driving customer retention, and increasing Gross Renewal Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). In addition to overseeing core renewals activities, this leader will also manage a digital-focused team responsible for both inbound and outbound motion—engaging install-base customers as well as prospecting into net-new digital accounts to uncover expansion or new business opportunities. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic execution to ensure the team exceeds revenue targets while delivering a world-class customer experience. The RVP, Renewals acts as a coach, mentor, and strategist—empowering their team to take ownership of outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and maximize customer value. Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, this leader will shape segment strategy, oversee flawless execution, and champion the development of the team.
