As a MuleSoft Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for setting and implementing the Go-to-market sales strategy for the MuleSoft product family within the Small & Midsize Business segment. This role involves leading and growing a sales organization, managing both strategic and operational aspects, and achieving the Annual Contract Revenue (ACV) target in your region. You will engage with clients and internal collaborators, mentor your leadership team, and drive sales growth across North America.

  • Lead, drive and grow sales for the Small & Midsize Business segment across North America.
  • Manage and mentor Front Line Leaders and Account Executives to drive complex deal transactions.
  • Set and execute a customer acquisition strategy to generate growth in revenue and bookings.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company's vertical focus and customer base.
  • Collaborate with other executives to establish strong partnerships for continued success.
  • Anticipate market changes and act quickly to adapt strategies.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and manage the overall sales process.
  • 2+ years experience in Sales Leadership.
  • 10+ years in software and/or applications sales, ideally selling to the CxO level.
  • Recent experience with the SMB or Mid-Market customer segment.
  • Strong track record of success in leading complex top account teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Strong skills in recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing sales organization.
