Requirements
- 2+ years of hands -on RV repair experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- RVIA/RVDA certification a plus (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliances
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance, from roof resealing to slide -out adjustments
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and document all work performed
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are met on every unit
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts teams for seamless repairs
