RV Station Specialist -Part Time (Millbrae)

The role - your passion Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: #1 priority is you lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure! This position will require driving of company vehicles, you must have valid and active IN STATE driver's license. You explain and put a smile on our customers' faces as you hand over the keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable. You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits. You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station happy. You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Experience in providing customers with world class customer service.
- Valid in state drivers license.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- This position requires the ability to drive our company vehicles, due to insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
- Candidates must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check.
- Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
