Requirements

2+ years of RV Service Technician experience or equivalent.
Consistent and stable work history
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair as authorized.
Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
Document work performed.
Attend online & in-person training.
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
Ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean.
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations governing service repair work.
