Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- RV technician certification (preferred, not required—experience counts!)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more)
- Perform routine maintenance and tackle unique, hands-on challenges
- Work with modern diagnostic tools alongside your mechanical expertise
- Collaborate with service advisors to clearly communicate issues and solutions
- Help customers get back to what matters—enjoying their adventures
