About The Position
As an RV Service Technician at Bish's RV, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and repairs for their recreational vehicles. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting RV units for customer sale, executing a comprehensive Get Ready and customer orientation, and performing diagnostics and repairs with minimal supervision. You will be trusted to learn and execute the installation of 5th wheel hitches and full wire brake controls, as well as manage the customer pay side of service work. This position requires you to work on various RV units that come into the service department, and you will have the opportunity to pursue specialty certifications and continuing education to enhance your skills. In this role, you will be expected to produce consistent repairs while maintaining minimum customer satisfaction scores. Sharing your knowledge and best practices with your colleagues will be essential in fostering a collaborative work environment.
