About The Position

A reputable and well -established RV dealership in the DFW area is seeking an experienced RV Service Manager to lead its service operations. This is a key leadership role focused on technician oversight, repair quality, and ensuring a strong customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of direct experience in RV service management, preferably at a dealership.
  • Strong working knowledge of RV systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical slideouts.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage performance and resolve conflict.
  • Familiarity with service management software such as IDS, CDK, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license; RVDA or RVIA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day -to -day operations of the service department, including technician scheduling, repair workflow, and quality control.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of RV technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate repairs across a wide range of RV units, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels.
  • Collaborate with parts and sales departments to streamline communication and operations.
  • Oversee warranty processing, vendor relationships, and department profitability.
  • Monitor and drive improvement in CSI scores, technician productivity, and operational efficiency.
