About The Position

RV Sales Representatives are a vital position in AC Nelsen RV World, as they are the face of the organization to customers and prospects. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to adapt to different sales situations. Their primary responsibility is to maximize sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization. They also take on the role of identifying potential customers and following up on leads. Continuously updating their understanding of sales procedures, customer behavior, and product knowledge. Requirements

  • Considerable knowledge of:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to interact fluently and adapt when necessary to a diverse consumer base.
  • Process orientated with attention to detail.
  • Problem solving.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments or challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Working knowledge of:
  • The CRM Customer Management System
  • RVDA best practices and Industry standards
  • Forest River product lines
  • Skill sets:
  • Self-motivational ongoing improvement education
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to:
  • Work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effectively learn and take direction from Team Leaders.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively.
  • Achieving baseline units sold expectations.
  • Education & Individual Requirements:
  • Sales experience preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Professional references
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record.
  • Pre-employment background check, including drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Determine the needs of the customer by following AC Nelsen’s World Class Customer Experience Process.
  • Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Team Leaders.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Be a world class expert in our product, and our company.
