Requirements

  • Stay informed about the latest gear and services in the RV industry to enhance your expertise.
  • Conduct engaging test drive experiences for prospects while adhering to all protocols for a seamless adventure.
  • Approach all interactions with integrity, fostering trust and rapport with customers and team members.
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Establish personal income goals that align with productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Actively seek opportunities for professional growth within the organization through dedication and exceptional performance.
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • State Sales License
  • Possess clear and effective communication skills to engage warmly with campers and fellow guides.
  • Have fundamental math skills for managing transactions and calculations in a friendly, campfire setting.

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Previous camping experience is a bonus but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a variety of RVs and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and process all sales paperwork in line with campground policies.
  • Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits.
  • Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals.
