A self-motivated professional specializing in the sale of high-end luxury items. This individual possesses a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to connect seamlessly with our top-tier Airstream clientele. They genuinely enjoy meaningful interactions that exceed customer expectations. This person is willing to invest the effort required to become our Airstream product knowledge expert. Utilizing strong communication and creative closing skills, they will earn customer loyalty by building relationships and demonstrating integrity and enthusiasm, regardless of the situation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with high-end products highly preferred.
  • Exceptional social media skills with the ability to engage with and attract luxury customers online, including but not limited to video communication and advertising.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and holidays, as these are peak times for RV sales.
  • Commitment to learning and growing with the business.
  • Neat, clean, and extreme professionalism is required for this lead role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to gain a deep understanding of their unique needs, preferences, and budget limitations.
  • Cultivate an extensive knowledge of our Airstream inventory, which includes the most luxurious and innovative features, along with varying capabilities and pricing structures.
  • Stay well-informed about new arrivals and updates from the Airstream manufacturer to provide the most current information to customers.
  • Organize and conduct immersive product demonstrations and hands-on test drives, highlighting the key features and benefits of our Airstream products.
  • Skillfully negotiate sales prices and terms to create win-win scenarios that ensure both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Be prepared to answer any inquiries customers may have regarding special financing options on all of our Airstream products, including warranties and additional services, fostering a sense of trust and transparency.
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with customers after the sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing promotional campaigns and advertisements across various social media platforms to reach a broader audience.
  • Represent our dealership with enthusiasm and professionalism at RV shows, exhibitions, and community events.
