About The Position

As our Sales Professional, you will use your sales talents to build and maintain customer relationships through a non-pressure, consultative selling process of campers & RVs. These valued relationships and product offerings will create family fun & memories that last a lifetime. Every day you will use your sales abilities to help customers select the best unit for their needs; present and sell other value-added options; perform feature, function and benefit demonstrations to customers; and work with other Hilltop Camper and RV departments to ensure customer experience is the highest quality.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Passion for building relationships and following up with customers.
  • Ability to deliver on promises made to customers.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs on occasion to demonstrate product.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience in the auto or RV/camper industry.
