About The Position

The Sales Associate at Blue Compass RV is responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, helping clients select RVs, negotiating terms, and finalizing sales. This role involves interacting with customers through various channels to provide an exceptional buying experience, ensuring customer satisfaction both before and after the purchase.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Experience in sales is preferred, particularly in automotive or home sales.

Nice To Haves

  • RV sales experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Positive energy and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide their RV purchase.
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner and answer customer inquiries.
  • Help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms.
  • Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.
  • Follow up with customers to drive loyalty and assist with transitions to the Service department.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain accurate paperwork for deals.
