About The Position

Camping World is seeking a motivated RV Sales Associate to join their team in Menifee, California. The role focuses on driving sales of new and used RVs while providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and eager to exceed sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, real estate, or homes
• Strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Excellent customer service skills with enthusiasm and strong communication
• Basic computer skills for inventory review and customer information entry
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales effectively by collaborating with the F&I team
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high integrity approach
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices
• Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service, and finance
• Stay informed about market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
• Maintain strong communication with customers, co-workers, and management
