About The Position

Crowley RV – Part‑Time RV Sales Associate (Bristol, CT 06010) Now Hiring RV Enthusiasts Who Love the Lifestyle Crowley RV is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, RV‑savvy individual to join our team in a part‑time sales role. If you enjoy talking about camping, travel, motorhomes, trailers, or the RV lifestyle—and want a flexible schedule—this is a great opportunity to turn your passion into extra income. What You’ll Do Help customers choose the RV, trailer, or camper that best fits their travel style and needs. Deliver professional, enjoyable walk‑around presentations and feature demonstrations. Stay in touch with prospective and current customers to build long‑term relationships. Use our prospect management tools to track leads and follow‑ups. Attend occasional meetings or product training sessions. Work closely with service, finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. Assist with paperwork to ensure deals are complete and accurate. Support the team with additional tasks as needed. Who Thrives in This Role Someone who genuinely enjoys RVs, camping, and outdoor travel. A people‑person who likes talking with customers and sharing product knowledge. A self‑starter who can stay active on their feet for most of the shift. A detail‑oriented person who can help customers through the buying process.

Requirements

  • Valid Connecticut Driver's License.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers daily.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Nice To Haves

  • RV sales or sales management experience preferred, especially with: Chinook Coachmen Forest River Keystone Regency Roadtrek Thor Winnebago
  • Experience with golf carts (Premier Custom Cart) is a plus.
