RV Sales Professional: We’re searching for motivated, customer-focused RV Sales Professionals to join our winning team. Mission: The RV Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales for new and used RVs and equipment, while providing customers with an outstanding customer service experience.

  • Generate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillars
  • Conduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customers
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and Service
  • Maintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral business
  • Continuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer’s product features, components, and changes
  • Stay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided information
  • Be willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniques
  • Participate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skills
  • Enhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experience
  • Ability to work Saturday’s and 3-5 sales event weekends per year.
  • A desire to win, grow, and make money.
