Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and win
  • Availability to work Saturdays (where the magic happens!)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Nice To Haves

  • Background in sales or customer service (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in a dealership setting is a plus
  • Comfortable using sales tools, social media, and technology
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Master a proven sales process to close deals and drive results
  • Build your sales pipeline and engage with leads through phone, text, email, and social media
  • Match customers with their dream units by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Create buzz by participating in dealership events, promotions, and show to drive new business
  • Foster and maintain strong connections with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales
