About The Position
Campers Inn RV is a family-operated RV business currently seeking a Full-Time RV Sales Associate to join our Byron, GA location. This position is ideal for individuals who possess the drive to work hard, have fun, and make money in an exciting industry. The RV Sales Associate will be responsible for following our trusted door-to-deal sales process to sell new and used RVs while providing the highest quality of customer service. In this role, you will work with an industry-leading team to sell RVs, conduct effective demonstrations, and close sales by collaborating closely with the F&I team. You will also be responsible for following up with customers, generating ideas to exceed sales goals, and staying informed about market trends and dealership inventory. Enthusiasm and strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, employees, and management regularly. Additionally, you may be required to attend RV shows and location events as needed.
