About The Position

Camping World is looking for a motivated RV Sales Associate to enhance business growth by selling new and used RVs. The role emphasizes providing a high-quality customer experience, conducting effective demonstrations, and closing sales in collaboration with the finance and insurance team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally in RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
